Reading has always been important to me because not only is it relaxing, but you can also learn a lot from a book. My favorite books to read are self help books. This year I am trying to read a new book or at the very least, listen to an audiobook each month. So far, I have done pretty well and I wanted to share some of my favorite personal growth and wellness books that I have read.
The Power of Now
This book os extremely powerful and it inspired me a lot to be more present in the moment and to meditate more. I found it to be very interesting and it is a pretty quick read. I recommend this book for anyone who is interested in higher spiritual beings, meditation, and personal growth.
Stress Less Accomplish More
This book is along the same lines as The Power of Now. It is about meditating and the benefits that regular meditation can have on your every day life. This is another book that inspired me to meditate more and it has helped me in many ways, especially with stress/anxiety.
You Are a Badass
This title speaks for itself. It is empowering and motivated me to go forward with my blog and creating my brand. I recommend this book for anyone who needs a good self-esteem boost or anyone who needs motivation for follow their dreams.
The Financial Diet
This is a great book if you are struggling to save money, or if you are like me and just don't know all that much about money and you're wanting to learn more. This book taught me a lot and it made difficult concepts easy to understand.
Your Body in Balance
For those of you who don't know, I am studying nutrition, so nutrition books are obviously one of my favorite types of books to read. This book is all about hormones in your body and how much food can affect ( both positively and negatively ) how your hormones act. I found this book very interesting and I recommend it if you are confused about what is healthy to eat or if you have any hormonal related issues.
I hope you enjoyed reading about my favorite personal growth book sand I hope this inspires you to read something you find interesting!
