The benefits of Himalayan salt rock lamps

I have two salt rock lamps and I absolutely love them! I wanted to make a short post explaining why and how they are beneficial. When the salt lamps are heated, they release negative ions into the air. These ions calm nerves, revitalize cells, and purify the air. All salt lamps are hand carved from salt in the Himalayan Mountains, so no two salt lamps are exactly the same. I love to have my salt lamps on whenever I am in my room. Their lights so soothing and make the room feel like a spa, and make me feel very zen. The light helps me relieve stress and is just overall very soothing and calming. Earthbound, a store that I found in Flagstaff- also one in Sedona, as well as a few other locations- has the best salt lamps in all different sizes.. My favorite one is the aromatherapy salt lamp.
